SERVICE INFORMATION & CONSIDERATIONS
Before booking an extension appointment at Union Jacks Hair, we require a 15-minute consultation. This allows us to assess your hair, discuss your desired outcome, and colour match your extensions.
Following the consultation, a deposit is required to order your hair and secure your appointment. Please note, once ordered, the hair becomes the property of the client. The deposit (cost of hair) will be deducted from your final bill at the time of your fitting appointment for new hair installations.
Extension removal include a rough dry-off only; if you would like a styled blow-dry, please ensure this is booked separately.
We offer $15 off blow-drys when booked in conjunction with an extension removal.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, we recommend using a sulphate- and paraben-free shampoo, which is essential for keeping the tape bonds intact.
