Yes. All extension services at Union Jacks Hair require a 15-minute consultation prior to booking. This allows us to assess your natural hair, discuss your goals, and colour-match your extensions perfectly.

Yes. After your consultation, a deposit is required to order your hair and secure your appointment. Once ordered, the hair becomes the property of the client. The deposit (cost of the hair) will be deducted from your final bill at your fitting appointment.

Extension removal includes a rough dry-off only. If you would like a styled blow-dry, this must be booked separately

To maintain the quality and longevity of your extensions, we recommend using a sulphate- and paraben-free shampoo. This is essential for keeping the tape bonds intact and ensuring your extensions last as long as possible.
