After retiring from the salon floor at the end of 2023, Julia launched The Ultimate Results Consult — a bespoke consultation service designed to help clients achieve their hair goals with confidence. With a passion for practical, personalised solutions, Julia takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs, lifestyle, and desired outcomes to provide expert advice that truly delivers.

Originally from the UK, Gemma began her hairdressing journey just outside London. With an advanced Level 3 UK hairdressing qualification—the highest in her field—and over 12 years of experience, she brings a wealth of skill and passion to every client.

 Gemma is known for her sharp eye for detail and precision cutting, with a special love for creating full, bouncy curly blow-dries that leave clients feeling confident and polished. Having worked alongside some of the industry’s leading stylists, she continually hones her craft to deliver beautiful, personalized results.

Siobhan made the bold decision to leave behind her former career as a nurse to pursue her true passion for hairdressing. Bringing with her a caring nature and deep dedication to client comfort, she has quickly become known for her thoughtful, attentive approach.

​Her meticulous attention to detail and natural ability to connect with people have earned her glowing five-star reviews – especially for her signature scalp massages. Siobhan is an emerging talent in the industry, with a bright future ahead and a genuine passion for helping clients feel relaxed, confident, and cared for. 

Siobhan can be booked for root tints, all over colours, blow drying, long hair cutting and Keratin treatments.

With over 20 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Joanne brings a wealth of knowledge and a modern approach to her craft. She holds a Level 3 hairdressing qualification and has completed advanced training with leading brands including L’Oréal and De Lorenzo, ensuring her techniques remain current and results-driven.

​Joanne’s background also includes salon management and staff training, highlighting her leadership and commitment to high standards. What truly sets her apart is her genuine passion for helping clients achieve their ideal look. With a focus on personalised care and consistent results, Joanne is dedicated to making every salon experience a positive one.​

Enthusiastic, motivated, and deeply client-focused, Marie brings over 20 years of experience to the salon floor. Her career has seen her master a wide range of hairdressing skills, including co-owning a successful salon in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

​Now based in Frenchs Forest, Marie has effortlessly become part of the local community, building strong relationships with her clients through her warm personality and exceptional listening skills. She is passionate about creating beautiful, impactful hair – from bold colour transformations to expertly tailored haircuts. Marie takes pride in ensuring every guest feels heard, valued, and leaves with a result they love.

A true Northern Beaches local, Leisa grew up in Belrose. Starting her hairdressing career in the mid-1990s, she spent many years at a well-established salon in Avalon, where she built a loyal following. Today, many of her long-term clients continue to see her in Frenchs Forest – a testament to the trust and consistency she brings to every appointment.

​Leisa holds a Certificate III in Hairdressing and has continued to evolve her skills through ongoing education and advanced training over the past two decades. Passionate about all aspects of colour work and skilled in both ladies’ and men’s cutting, Leisa is known for her friendly nature, technical experience, and ability to truly connect with her clients.

Zara began her hairdressing journey with us as a first-year apprentice in October 2019. Since then, she has proudly completed her Certificate III in Hairdressing at TAFE and continues to grow into a confident and creative stylist.

​Known for her warm, friendly nature and attentive care, Zara brings a personal touch to every client experience. She has a natural talent for styling, with a particular love for creating elegant up styles. As her skills evolve, Zara is also developing a strong passion for fashion-forward colour techniques.

Alongside her own growing clientele, Zara plays a key role in supporting our team of stylists, making her a valued and versatile member of the salon.

Emma joined Union Jacks Hair in July 2025 with fresh enthusiasm and a renewed passion for hairdressing. As a recent high school graduate, she brings initiative, curiosity, and a genuine eagerness to learn.

 Her caring nature makes her a delight to work with, while her growing skills showcase her dedication to mastering the craft. Passionate about the latest trends and techniques, Emma is committed to ensuring every client leaves feeling confident and cared for.

 With her positive energy and drive, Emma is quickly becoming an integral part of the Union Jacks team.
